As Dementia Care Specialists, we strive to improve quality of life for people living with dementia.
How?
By ensuring that people living with dementia (and their care partners) can access long- term services and support options including those provided through the Older Americans Act.
By identifying gaps in services, driving innovation, and advocating for constituents to have access to memory screenings.
By supporting, educating, and equipping the local network of dementia partners and stakeholders to make the aging network more dementia capable.
